Seniors Needed for Sheridan College Study

The Effectiveness of an Internet Based Intervention on Increasing Physical Activity in Older Adults Who are Sedentary

Looking for volunteers to participate in a 6-week internet based physical activity intervention at Sheridan College

 

This intervention is part of a research project that studies the effectiveness of an internet based intervention on increasing physical activity in healthy older adults who are currently sedentary.

Looking for both men and women, 50 to 69 years of age, currently healthy with no pre-existing health conditions or injuries, are invited to participate.

Pre-testing will being the week of February 3 , 2014 

Pre and Post testing days and time are as following:

Mondays, Tuesdays, and if needed Wednesdays from 2:00p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Location: Sheridan College, Davis Campus, Brampton, Room H150/H140
